We wanted to make building full body muscle and strength at home with minimal equipment as easy as possible. That’s why we made this program. All you need is a barbell with some weights and around 1 hour per session, 3 to 4 times a week.

- It's designed to help you build muscle & strength most efficiently
- 23 individual exercise instructional videos
- Two full workout plans with instructions
- You're getting a full body and upper/lower split, each 4 weeks long
- A barbell with some weights is everything you need for this program
- This is a 4-week program, with 3 to 4 workouts per week. The program gets harder as you go along. By the end of the 4th week, you'll be in your best shape ever
